live chat design

Hi, we have a current live chatbot and would like someone to improve the chat flow. We use the Zoho live chat system

We are a listings platform so I need the bot to handle 4 enquiry types

1) buyers

2) seller

3) current team member

4) wants to join us. Each enquiry type branches accordingly. Above all, I need the freelancer to give me ideas on how to make it a better experience for the user and NOT rely on me to give them everything. Keen to get this done asap.
